Drying Herbs

This year I have oregano, chives, cilantro, sage, basil, 2 kinds of parsley, and dill growing in my garden.
These pictures were taken 3 weeks ago. It's unbelievable looking back just how much my garden has grown in the past three weeks. Those beans behind Alan and Katie Mae have now reached the tops of the strings and are searching for something else to climb. The beans are ready to be picked now.
I picked a bunch of herbs to dry and hung them over my kitchen sink. It worked well and was so easy. I'm on round number two now, this time with just 3 bunches of flat leaf parsley.
The tomato sitting on top was my first tomato harvest!
From L to R--sage, flat leaf parsley, chives, cilantro, curly parsley, oregano, and more sage.
