On the Business Side of Things.....

This is a job that Aaron has been working on this summer. The majority of our client base are second home people whose primary residences are in the Piedmont of North Carolina or in northern Virginia. This home is less than 10 miles from us and is owned by husband/wife professors at Virginia Tech.


Our guys have gotten quite good at hardscaping. We've got a great hardscaping crew and a great maintenance crew right now. We'll likely be losing the head of the hardscaping crew this fall, as his current plans are to return to Mexico and build a house of his own.


Almost 100% of the paver products we use are Belgard brand. They've got many different products, all of which are nice looking. The patio block is Arbel and the wall block is Century Celtik Wall. The fireplace kit and natural flagstone is from Scott Stone, our supplier for most of our rock products. Our guys installed the fireplace and the rock work.


Maybe he won't mind if we come grill during the week when he's working?! (only kidding of course.) The counter tops were installed by Johnson Granite of Mt. Airy, NC.


There is a gorgeous view of the foothills of Virginia and the Piedmont of North Carolina from this place.
