No, actually Aaron takes a kid to work with him as often as he can, so it's a pretty regular thing. Katie Mae LOVES to go with him and she was very ready to go with him on this particular day.
(Alan has passed on his hat to little sis. And the legend lives on.....)

I know, there for a couple years, that hat was really glued to Alan's head! Now, his yellow Brown Landscaping hat is glued to his head. Thanks, Susan. She has grown. Katie is no longer a baby!! :( But, she's a real sweet nearly 3 yr old though! :)
