What a wonderful group of strawberry pickers!
Ok, I have a confession to make. I have an addiction....to strawberries. I have thoroughly enjoyed all the strawberries that I have gotten off of my strawberry plants that I planted last year thanks to Sue. (Thanks, Sue!) Before my strawberries were ripe though, we all went to a local strawberry farm and picked three gallons of berries. (The berries in the bottom picture). It was fun for all, though probably more than I should have been doing when I was less than 3 weeks postpartum and in between bouts of mastitis. Oh well, it's all over now! The top picture are strawberries from my patch. We've been eating strawberries till they are coming out our ears and I made 9 pints of jam last Sunday too. I do love strawberries!!!
